Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Health 4 Balance is a leadership and organizational development consulting firm based at 544 Ave Escorial, Caparra Heights, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00920. This policy covers health4balance.com and no other site. For anything in this policy, write to ysuarez@health4balance.com.

2. What we collect

What you give us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, team size, estimated timeframe, the solution you are interested in and your message. Only the name, email address and message are required; the rest is up to you. We collect nothing else about you, and there is no other way to submit data on this site.

What is recorded automatically. Like any website, ours runs on servers that keep access logs: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. These logs exist to serve the site and to detect abuse, not to build a profile of you.

3. Why we use it

To answer you. If your message leads to a working relationship, we use the same details to manage it. We do not use your information for automated advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

4. How your message travels

When you submit the form, your message goes to a function hosted on Google Cloud, which sends it by email to our inbox. We do not store it in a database of our own: it lives in our email, like any message you would have written to us directly.

5. Who else is involved

We use Google services to run the site and receive your messages: Firebase Hosting serves the pages, Cloud Functions processes the form, Google Workspace hosts our email, and Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, which means Google receives the IP address of anyone loading a page. These providers process the data on our behalf and under their own terms. Beyond them, we share your information with no one, except where the law requires it.

6. Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind, so there is nothing for you to accept or refuse and no banner asking you to. If that ever changes we will say so here first, and we will ask for your consent where consent is required.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your message for as long as it takes to answer it and, where it leads to a professional relationship, for as long as that relationship and our legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for the limited period our providers retain them. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

8. Your choices

Write to ysuarez@health4balance.com and you can ask us what information about you we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within a reasonable time. Since we set no cookies, there is nothing to opt out of on the site itself.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and your message reaches us through an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form; if what you need to tell us is sensitive, ask us for a secure channel first.

10. Children

Our services are aimed at organizations and professionals. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

11. Links to other sites

Our pages link to LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Maps. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their privacy policy, not ours.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle your information will be described here, not made quietly.
