Reproducing our materials for commercial use, or presenting our methodologies as your own, requires our written permission.

4. Other people's trademarks

Gallup®, CliftonStrengths®, Prosci®, Genos International, John Maxwell Team and Flow® belong to their respective owners. The badges shown on this site are professional certifications held by our team. They say that we are certified in those methodologies; they are not an endorsement of our programs by those organizations.

5. What this site is, and is not

The pages here describe our work and are meant to inform. They are not professional, legal, medical or psychological advice, and reading them creates no consulting relationship between us. Any results mentioned come from specific engagements and are not a promise of what your organization will achieve.

6. Engagements

If you hire us, that work is governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you, not by this page. Where the two differ, that agreement controls.
